Key Responsibilities

• Manage project activities with techno-functional expertise in GTM applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and define functional requirements.
• Design process flows, conduct gap analysis, and provide specifications for customizations.
• Troubleshoot functional issues, coordinate with technical teams to resolve system bugs, and enhance system functionality.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Oracle GTM modules, including Trade Compliance Management, Screening Process, License Management, Declarations, Custom Process, and Trade Agreements.
• Experience in trade automation solutions such as Import/Export, Logistics, Duty Management, and Broker Integrations.

Good-to-Have

• Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, and BI Publisher XML.
• Knowledge of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
