Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle GTM applications.
Work on technical, functional & development support for implemented GTM modules.
Ability to communicate with Business users on Business processes is a must.
Configure and deploy Oracle GTM solutions to meet business requirements.
Ability to analyze client requirements, design solutions, and configure Oracle applications to meet those needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze global trade compliance requirements.
Required Skills/Qualifications
At least 6 years of professional experience in global trade management, supply chain management, or a related field.
Strong understanding of Oracle applications, such as Oracle E-Business Suite, Oracle Cloud Applications (ERP, SCM, CX, etc.).
In-depth understanding of various business processes, such as finance, accounting, procurement, project management, supply chain management, and human resources.
Proficiency in using Oracle Global Trade Management software or similar trade management systems is highly desirable.
Certifications: Holding relevant certifications, such as the Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) or Certified Global Business Professional (CGBP) from the National Customs Brokers and Forwarders Association of America (NCBFAA), can be beneficial.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
