Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert and lead consultant for Oracle Fusion Subscription Management
• Manage functional and interface-related issues in Subscription Management for EMEA and global users
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions
• Perform configuration and customization as needed to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth integration with other modules and external systems
• Provide support for related modules including Install Base, Order Management, and Receivables
• Document processes, configuration steps, and user guides as needed
• Lead and coordinate testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and training sessions with client teams

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Subscription Management, including configuration, custom rules, and SLAs
• Solid knowledge of integration with Oracle modules (Order Management, Receivables, Install Base) and third-party systems
• Working knowledge of Install Base, Order Management, and Receivables to support the Order to Cash (O2C) process
• Proven ability to:
  • Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD) and configuration documents
  • Develop test cases
  • Conduct SIT and UAT independently
• Flexibility to support users across EMEA and North America
• Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification in Subscription Management (preferred)
