Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the implementation of Oracle ERP systems across the organization.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, promptly resolving issues to keep the project on track.
- Coordinate with internal departments, third-party vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
- Work closely with accounting teams to ensure the ERP system meets financial reporting, budgeting, and reconciliation needs.
- Use advanced Excel skills for data migration, reporting, and reconciliation tasks.
- Facilitate user training and provide post-implementation support to optimize system performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements throughout the project.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading successful Oracle ERP implementations.
- Strong project management skills, including managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and third-party partners.
- Background in accounting, financial reporting, and integration with financial processes.
- Proficient in advanced Excel for data migration and reporting tasks.
