We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Architect with strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle Fusion and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The ideal candidate will serve as a key bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners, ensuring that Oracle solutions are designed and delivered effectively, securely, and in alignment with organizational goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, internal technical teams, and implementation partners to drive cohesive solution design and delivery.
- Provide deep techno-functional expertise across Oracle Fusion modules, including Finance, Procurement, HCM, and Supply Chain, as well as OCI components.
- Analyze current system configurations, integrations, and permissions to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and maintain a remediation roadmap outlining enhancements, module alignments, and system improvements to achieve long-term strategic goals.
- Translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable insights for both business and IT teams.
- Review and validate recommendations from implementation partners to ensure alignment with internal architecture standards and business processes.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, system administrators, and security teams to ensure governance, scalability, and compliance standards are met.
- Provide architectural guidance for new Oracle functionalities, system upgrades, and integrations with other enterprise platforms.
- Stay current with Oracle Cloud product developments, industry trends, and best practices to recommend modernization opportunities and process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Oracle Fusion Architect and strong expertise in OCI.
- Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion modules (Finance, Procurement, HCM, Supply Chain) and their end-to-end processes.
- Strong technical skills in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, including networking, compute, storage, and security components.
- Experience with system integrations, data migrations, and solution optimization in Oracle environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to business users.
- Experience developing remediation plans, architectural blueprints, and governance frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud Certifications (e.g., Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect, Oracle Fusion Applications certifications).
- Experience in enterprise-scale implementations and upgrades.
- Knowledge of IT security and compliance frameworks in cloud environments.
