Key Responsibilities

• Communication with Leadership & Stakeholders regarding Accomplishments, Deliverable Status & Challenges
  
• Lead the operational analysis to identify errors, user training needs, efficiency trends, and end-user customer satisfaction issues. Identify root causes and implement improvements.
  
• Management of the development of user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Train clients on new processes/functionality and systems functionality
• Conduct Data Loads using HDL / HSDL tools for Projects, CHRs, and Support tickets.
• As a Data Management Consultant, Work towards enabling solutions via CHRs & Projects.

 

Required Experience

• Experience in upgrading, designing, implementing, developing, and maintenance of more than one Oracle Fusion HCM module – Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Compensation, Time & Labor.
• Expert functional knowledge in Human Resource and Business Process Flows, design solutions, configuration of application components, and develop reports in more than one Oracle Fusion HCM module - Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Compensation, Time & Labor.
  
• Experience in handling global stakeholders, hands-on experience with global implementation, and delivering highly effective solutions.
• Experience in effectively working with internal and external business partners in a matrix organization, building credible stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in all phases of End-to-End Implementations, Support, Enhancements, and Upgrade projects - responsible for impact analysis, requirements gathering, providing solution design, application configuration, testing, and data migration along with post-go-live support activities.
