Job Description

Technical / Functional Skills     

  • Worked in Oracle Fusion HCM Benefits module.
  • Expert in handling Online configurations of Benefits.
  • Sound knowledge on Oracle Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts.
  • Working on COBRA, TW feeds in similar BFSI organization will be preferred.

 

Experience Required

  • Minimum 5+ years working with Oracle Fusion.
  • Strong experience in handling of Year end Open enrollment activities for any Organization for last couple of years.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience in implementation, configuration, interaction and maintenance of Benefits module.
  • Expert functional knowledge of design solutions, configuration of application components and develop reports in Benefits module.
  • Hands-on experience in designing, developing and delivering highly effective solutions
  • Detailed, hands-on experience in all phases of End to End Implementations, Support, Enhancements and Upgrade projects - responsible for impact analysis, requirements gathering, providing solution design, application configuration, testing, data migration along with post go-live support activities. 
  • Detailed, hands on experience in all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle
  • Experience in effectively working with internal and external business partners in a matrix organization, building credible stakeholder relationships
  • Communication to Leadership & Stakeholders regarding Accomplishments, Deliverable Status & Challenges
  • Lead the operational analysis to identify errors, user training needs, efficiency trends, and end-user customer satisfaction issues. Identify root cause and implement improvements.
  • Management of the development of user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Train clients on new processes/functionality and systems functionality
