Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Implement, configure, and administer Oracle Fusion HCM modules including Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Talent Management, and Learning.
  • Support multi-region and multi-country HCM implementations, ensuring compliance with local requirements.
  • Perform impact analysis, testing, and validation for Oracle HCM quarterly patches and upgrades.
  • Develop and manage customizations including:
    • Descriptive Flexfields (DFF) and Extensible Flexfields (EFF)
    • Custom reports
    • Value sets, form functions, and functional setups
    • Concurrent programs
  • Design, develop, and customize Oracle Workflows to support business processes.
  • Participate in full project lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Conduct Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and perform fit-gap analysis with business stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Oracle Support, managing Service Requests (SRs), issue resolution, and escalations.
  • Configure and support Oracle Journeys.
  • Apply Oracle Redwood Design System principles for enhanced user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile and Waterfall project environments.

 

Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Proven expertise in ORC, Talent, and Learning modules.
  • Experience with multi-country HCM configuration and administration.
  • Solid understanding of HCM security concepts and role-based access.
  • Experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

 

Preferred
  • Experience in security implementation, provisioning, and access issue resolution.
  • Exposure to Documentum.
  • Knowledge of Skill Nexus and Gen AI features in Oracle HCM.
  • Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Experience with HCM ADP connectors.
  • Prior exposure to Oracle AI-enabled HCM capabilities.
