Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Estimate, Commit and Deliver with support of Offshore team.
  • Track and Report on Delivery work through Jira.
  • Help with hands on resolution of P1 production issues.
  • Implement and follow the Sun model i.e. coordinate and hand off and take over from Offshore.
  • Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability. prior to delivery.
  • Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
  • Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, product development team, and other appropriate staff.
  • Coordinates product testing processes.
  • Participate in Technical Grooming and Work with Solution Designer, Business Analyst & Dev Manager to understand the API requirements of Epics & User Stories.Work with TDM team to get required test data for Automation execution.
  • Work with Developers to triage & track the bugs created till closure.
  • Enhance the Python Test Automation framework for reusability & easy maintenance.
  • Co-ordinate with Front End & User Acceptance Test teams to elaborate the new features and help them to triage issues.
  • Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to create efficiency or improve test coverage.

 

Required Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications, including Fusion Financials, Fusion HCM, and Fusion Supply Chain Management.
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion implementation, customization, and support.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Fusion technologies, including Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle BI Publisher.
  • Understanding of Oracle Fusion data structures and ability to perform data analysis and migration.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion security and role-based access control.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Oracle Fusion certifications are a plus.
  • Prior experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion in a professional setting is highly desirable.
