Roles and Responsibilities

• Make sure that services are being seamlessly delivered to the clients of an organization. 
• Charge of a variety of tasks, such as leading project teams, rectifying reliability issues, monitoring progress, tracking KPIs, and managing budgets.
• Work closely with customers to understand their business requirements and ensure that Oracle Fusion Cloud Services meet their needs
• Manage the delivery of Oracle Fusion Cloud Services to customers, including configuration, implementation, and ongoing support. 
• Boosting the user experience by ensuring the smooth delivery of top-notch services that meet and exceed customer demands.
• Develop and manage project plans and timelines for customer projects.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• 10+ years of IT experience in total and should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in service delivery.
• They should have a deep understanding of service management principles, and frameworks (such as ITIL).
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud Services, including ERP, HCM, CRM, SCM, and PPM
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
• strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
