Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Create, modify, and maintain Oracle Forms and Reports (version 12c) to meet business requirements.
  • Design and develop backend objects such as functions, procedures, packages, triggers, and sequences.
  • Expertise in Oracle Database (version 12c), including schema design, data manipulation, and performance tuning.
  • Write, analyze, and optimize complex PL/SQL code and SQL queries with advanced techniques, such as multi-table joins, ref cursors, and built-in packages.
  • onduct unit testing, document code, and participate in code reviews to ensure quality standards.
  • Analyze and implement upgrades to Oracle Forms and Reports, ensuring they align with current business needs and performance expectations.
  • Collaborate with users to troubleshoot issues, address concerns, and make necessary corrections or adjustments to database designs.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of revenue cycle data, identify trends, and provide insights into areas for improvement. Develop and maintain performance metrics and dashboards to track key indicators like days outstanding in AR, denial rates, and cash collections.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Order to Cash (OTC) and RCM processes, with extensive knowledge of GL, AP, AR, and other key financial processes.

 

 

Technical/Functional Skills
  • Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL and hands-on experience with Oracle Forms and Reports (Version 12c).
  • Strong understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Order to Cash (O2C) processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge to system enhancements and troubleshooting.
  • Experience in the Specialty Pharmacy domain, including working with pharmacists and understanding healthcare-related processes (Preferred)
  • Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports (version 12c) and secondary knowledge of working with Oracle Reports.
  • Strong technical aptitude, with experience leading teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. Ability to work in an Agile environment, including Scrum, XP, Kanban, or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Oracle Forms development with a strong background in Oracle PL/SQL.
