Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with finance, IT, and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in implementing enhancements to Oracle AR processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for AR performance, including DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), collection efficiency, and cash application accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls across AR workflows.
  • Partner with Oracle support and vendors to resolve system issues and optimize configurations
  • Stay current on Oracle Financials updates and best practices to inform product strategy.

 

Required Skills/Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis within financial systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials Cloud, especially the Accounts Receivable module.
  • Strong understanding of AR processes: billing, collections, credit management, and revenue recognition.
  • Familiarity with related modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and Accounting Hub.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
