Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with finance, IT, and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing enhancements to Oracle AR processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Define and monitor KPIs for AR performance, including DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), collection efficiency, and cash application accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls across AR workflows.
- Partner with Oracle support and vendors to resolve system issues and optimize configurations
- Stay current on Oracle Financials updates and best practices to inform product strategy.
Required Skills/Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis within financial systems.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials Cloud, especially the Accounts Receivable module.
- Strong understanding of AR processes: billing, collections, credit management, and revenue recognition.
- Familiarity with related modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and Accounting Hub.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
