Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in Oracle R12 Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets) and configure them according to business requirements.
• Configure and customize Oracle EBS R12 Financials applications to meet specific business needs and workflows.
• Test configurations to ensure functionality, reliability, and alignment with business processes.
• Offer operational support and maintain/update support-related documentation, including functional specifications.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into Functional Specification Documents.
• Stay updated with Oracle EBS R12 updates, patches, and new features to ensure optimal system performance.
• Work with 3rd party vendors and support teams to address issues and improve processes.

Required Skills & Experience

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle R12 Financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets).
• Strong experience in configuring and customizing Oracle R12 Financials to meet business needs.
• Ability to test and troubleshoot configurations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with business users and technical teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on aligning Oracle applications with business processes.
