Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document financial-related requirements across Oracle ERP modules.
  • Conduct functional solution reviews to ensure proposed implementations meet business needs and comply with best practices and industry standards.
  • Design, enhance, and implement financial process workflows. Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and drive efficiency across financial streams.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, including creation of test cases and scenarios. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that solutions meet business and functional requirements.
  • Plan and coordinate cutover activities from legacy systems to Oracle ERP with minimal operational disruption. Support change management through end-user training, communications, and transition support.

 

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle ERP with a focus on financial modules such as Credit Management, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, Cash Applications, Accounts Payable, Cash Management, and General Accounting.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle ERP architecture, integrations, and customizations within financial systems.
  • Experience in or knowledge of the staffing or healthcare industry is a strong plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with project management and documentation tools.
  • Oracle ERP certifications are a plus.
  • Familiarity with training methodologies and change management frameworks is advantageous.
