Roles & Responsibilities

• Implement Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) solutions, including call dispatching, automated routing & scheduling, quota and capacity management, and inventory management.
• Analyze and optimize client field operations (dispatch, technician/supervisor processes) using Oracle Field Service Cloud capabilities.
• Exposure to the API framework of Oracle Field Service Cloud for system integrations.
• Strong communication skills, with experience working directly with clients during all project phases, including requirement gathering, solution design, development, and support.
• Implement core Oracle Field Service Cloud features such as inventory installs, debriefs, and service scheduling.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of overall experience and 3+ years of experience implementing Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC).
• Oracle Certified Field Service Cloud Consultant (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Oracle CX, Field Service Cloud applications, and related functionalities.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles and participation in full project lifecycle.
