Roles & Responsibilities:

• The DBA is mainly responsible for maintaining highly visible production databases
• Responsibilities include designing, installing, upgrading, patching, tuning, monitoring and troubleshooting databases with large amounts of data
• Monitoring of Exadata using OEM 12 

Qualifications:

• 10 years of minimum experience as database administrator, installations, maintenance, upgrade, support and migrations.
• Strong Handson Experience in Oracle Exadata
• Good understanding of Exadata Architecture
• Clear understanding of Exadata features
• Solid exposure of Exadata hardware
• Should have experience with Large Migration
• Hands on experience of RAC, Database and ASM management
• Solid understanding of RAC components and architecture
• Performance tuning experience of RAC and database
• Experience of ASM management and configuration
• Day to day monitoring experience of RDBMS and RAC environment
• Excellent communication skills
