Lead and manage multi-phase testing cycles including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, and parallel testing for Oracle ERP solutions.
Develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies, test plans, test scenarios, test scripts, and acceptance criteria aligned with business and compliance requirements.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements and business processes into effective test scenarios.
Manage test execution, defect tracking, issue resolution, and reporting throughout the testing lifecycle.
Establish testing governance, quality gates, readiness assessments, and status reporting for ERP programs.
Coordinate and guide business users through UAT and parallel testing activities, including training, daily standups, issue triage, and execution support.
Validate financial and payroll accuracy during parallel testing cycles.
Collaborate with solution architects, developers, business owners, and PMO teams to ensure successful testing outcomes.
Review and interpret functional design documents, business requirement documents (BRDs), and configuration workbooks.
Validate Oracle ERP security roles, workflow configurations, integrations, and end-to-end business processes.
Manage testing activities across complex ERP environments with multiple system integrations and data flows.
Utilize test management and defect tracking tools such as Jira to manage testing progress and issues.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Oracle Cloud (SaaS), Oracle Fusion, or Oracle E-Business Suite Functional certification preferred.
ISTQB Foundation Level or equivalent software testing certification preferred.
Proven experience leading Oracle ERP testing programs, including SIT, UAT, regression, and parallel testing.
Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ERP modules and business processes.
Experience developing test strategies, test plans, test cases, test scripts, and acceptance criteria.
Experience managing large-scale ERP implementations, upgrades, or transformation programs.
Strong understanding of financial, payroll, accounts payable, timekeeping, and transactional workflows.
Experience working with complex integrations, data validation, and cross-functional ERP workstreams.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate business users and technical teams.
Experience with Jira or similar test management and defect tracking tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting Oracle ERP programs within staffing or workforce solutions industries.
Knowledge of Oracle ERP security roles and workflow configurations.
Experience managing enterprise-level testing governance and quality assurance processes.
