Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Functional Consultant with a strong blend of finance expertise and technical development skills to support, enhance, and optimize Oracle EBS 12.2 and Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. The consultant will work closely with finance teams, business users, and IT to deliver solutions across AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash Management, and related financial modules.

Functional Responsibilities

  • Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for EBS 12.2 and Fusion Financials.
  • Configure and support financial modules: AP, AR, GL, FA, CE, SLA, and Fusion Tax.
  • Support month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and improve system usage.
  • Provide functional expertise for Fusion Cloud modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
 
Technical Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain RICEW components: Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows.
  • Build and maintain PL/SQL packages, Oracle Forms/Reports, OAF pages, and XML/BI Publisher reports.
  • Support EBS 12.2 online patching (ADOP) and custom code remediation.
  • Develop Fusion integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OIC, FBDI, ADFDI, and BIP bursting.
  • Support data migration and third-party integrations (banking, procurement, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across EBS and Fusion environments.

 

Required Skills & Experience
  • Oracle EBS 12.2 Financial Modules: AP, AR, GL, FA, CE, SLA.
  • Technical skills: SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, OAF, XML/BI Publisher, Workflow Builder & AME, Unix shell scripting.
  • Experience with RICEW development and API usage in financial modules.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), period close processes, and reconciliations.
  • Knowledge of SOX controls, audit compliance, and UAT support.

 

Preferred Skills
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Fusion Tax.
  • Reporting & Analytics: OTBI, BI Publisher, FRS, Smart View.
  • Fusion technical: REST/SOAP Web Services, Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI/ADFDI, BIP bursting.
  • Agile/Scrum methodology exposure.
