We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Engineer to support, enhance, and maintain Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications. The role requires balancing development/enhancement work with production support while ensuring high availability, SLA compliance, and effective collaboration with FP&A and business stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement enhancements while concurrently handling application support activities
- Manage and resolve P1, P2, and P3 incidents in line with defined SLAs
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end close and forecast job completion, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Meet response and restoration SLAs for all incident priorities (P1–P5) during CST business hours
- Provide extended hours and on-call support for critical and escalated incidents when required
- Collaborate with FP&A teams and multiple stakeholder departments to analyze, communicate, and resolve issues and enhancement requests
- Design and implement effective solutions for complex business and user requirements
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive and long-term solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM applications (Planning, FCCS, Hyperion, or related modules)
- Strong experience in production support and incident management
- Knowledge of month-end close, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working directly with finance and FP&A stakeholders
