Oracle EBS WMS Techno-Functional Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design Oracle WMS solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle WMS, Inventory, Order Management, Shipping, Purchasing, and WIP/BOM.
• Support inbound, outbound, and internal warehouse operations.
• Lead implementation, enhancement, upgrade, rollout, and production support activities.
• Develop and support PL/SQL, interfaces, reports, Java Pages, and routines.
• Support MSCA, RF devices, barcode solutions, and label printing integrations.
• Troubleshoot integrations between Oracle WMS and external systems.
• Support data migration, conversion, SIT, UAT, and user training.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve production and pre-production issues.
• Integrate Oracle WMS with 3PL systems, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), warehouse automation, RF scanners, and material handling equipment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, warehouse users, technical teams, and integration teams.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle SCM experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS WMS implementation and support experience.
• Strong experience with Oracle EBS R12.x.
• Strong techno-functional knowledge of warehouse management processes.
• Experience with Oracle WMS, INV, OM, WSH, PO, WIP/BOM.
• Strong PL/SQL and Oracle integration experience.
• Experience with MSCA, RF/barcode technologies, and label printing.
• Experience with production support, enhancements, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• WMS-related certification.
• Experience with OTM, 3PL integrations, warehouse automation, and material handling systems.
