Job Description
Job Responsibilities
  • Lead or support end-to-end Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS suite implementations including Core HR, Payroll, and Oracle Time & Labor.
  • Analyze, design, and configure business processes and functional requirements in Oracle EBS modules.
  • Develop and support integrations between Oracle HRMS and third-party systems (e.g., Workday, Smart Recruiters, Celergo).
  • Design and deliver solutions for Payroll Interfaces, Benefit Interfaces, Absence Management, and Oracle Custom Reports.
  • Provide functional and technical support for Oracle HRMS applications, including issue resolution and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
  • Participate in data conversion/migration activities, interface design, and outbound/inbound data flows.
  • Conduct and support testing cycles including CRP, SIT, UAT, and user training.
  • Apply Oracle’s OUM methodology in project delivery and document best practices.
  • Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions leveraging Oracle standard and custom functionalities.

 

Job Requirements
  • Strong skills in developing and supporting Oracle Custom Reports and handling integrations.
  • Proficiency in managing data migrations, conversions, and interface development with 3rd-party systems.
  • Knowledge of Oracle’s OUM project methodology and familiarity with CRP, SIT, and UAT processes.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of IT experience, with a strong focus on Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS suite.
  • At least 2–3 full life-cycle implementations in Oracle EBS R12.2.x covering Payroll, OTL, and Core HR.
  • Hands-on functional and technical expertise in:
    • Oracle Time & Labor
    • Oracle Global Payroll
    • Oracle HR / Workday integrations
    • Oracle Absence Management
    • Benefits Interfaces
    • Payroll Interfaces (Oracle Global View / Celergo)
    • Smart Recruiters Interface
