Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support, including issue resolution, root cause analysis, and documentation.
• Monitor and maintain Oracle applications for performance, availability, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot complex database and integration issues involving Oracle EBS and Cloud applications.
• Work closely with development and operations teams to implement enhancements and system changes.
• Support provisioning, configuration, and upgrades of Oracle applications.
• Maintain and publish technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure security and compliance standards are met.
• Participate in after-hours support rotations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience delivering scalable Oracle ERP solutions.
• Strong functional knowledge of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Oracle WMS, and Oracle OTM.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and middleware technologies.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Java.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and JIRA for incident and change management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
