Key Responsibilities

• Do PoC for new ideas/solution/technology adoption
• Validate the technical design done by the development team
• Lead the effort for immediate fix for Major Incidents for business continuity
• Lead the effort for permanent solution to prevent further occurrence of the same issue for which MI was raised

Required Qualifications

• Strong communication
• Good knowledge in Oracle EBS R12 Discrete Manufacturing and Supply Chain modules
• Strong background in Oracle SQL, PLSQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher Reports
• Good problem-solving skills
• Knowledge in Oracle APEX is a definite plus
• Ability to do PoC for new ideas or new technology adoption
• Validate the technical design done by the development team
• Reverse Logistics, Forward Logistics and Device Repair experience will be an added advantage
