Required Skills

• Extensive experience in R12 SCM Manufacturing modules: BOM, WIP, Production Scheduling, MRP/MPS, Inventory Planning, and ATP
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and interaction with Oracle 10.7
• Gap analysis, process design, and configuration for R12
• CRP planning and execution, functional testing, SIT & UAT participation
• Runbook creation, production deployments, and hypercare support
• Collaborate with technical teams, Oracle consultants, DBAs, and other stakeholders
• User training and preparation of training materials

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end discrete manufacturing implementations in Oracle EBS R12
• Plan, execute, and close projects within time and budget constraints
• Ensure smooth data migration, system build, and functional testing
• Drive process documentation, configuration, and knowledge transfer
