Responsibilities

• Provide project & contract support, troubleshoot defects, and resolve issues using various tools such as internal documentation, MOS Knowledgebase, and interaction with Oracle Support.
• You will provide technical support to Finance users on open issues, working on development customization, maintenance of standard and custom applications for Oracle E-Business Suite, and support issues.
• Work on the development tickets assigned to you in a timely manner.
  
• Test and fix bugs to ensure the proper functioning of Oracle Apps.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• Good functional knowledge and hands-on experience in various modules in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) including GL, AP, INV, PO,
  Optional: FA, MSCA.
• Proficient Technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, OAF, AME, Oracle Workflow, and XML Publisher reporting.
• Knowledge of Oracle Forms, Report, OBIEE, and Hyperon.
  
• Strong background in PL/SQL and complete documentation tasks.
