Provide project & contract support, troubleshoot defects, and resolve issues using various tools such as internal documentation, MOS Knowledgebase, and interaction with Oracle Support.
You will provide technical support to Finance users on open issues, working on development customization, maintenance of standard and custom applications for Oracle E-Business Suite, and support issues.
Work on the development tickets assigned to you in a timely manner.
Test and fix bugs to ensure the proper functioning of Oracle Apps.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Good functional knowledge and hands-on experience in various modules in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) including GL, AP, INV, PO, Optional: FA, MSCA.
Proficient Technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, OAF, AME, Oracle Workflow, and XML Publisher reporting.
Knowledge of Oracle Forms, Report, OBIEE, and Hyperon.
Strong background in PL/SQL and complete documentation tasks.
