Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Functional Lead to join our team. As the Functional Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing the implementation and support of Oracle EBS modules.
- Perform HRIS responsibilities supporting both project work and run the business activities.
- Functional expertise to support a production environment for enhancements and break/fix issues
- Leading and managing the implementation of Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, and others
- Configuring Oracle EBS modules to meet business requirements
- Leading and participating in testing efforts, including writing test scripts, conducting testing, and coordinating user acceptance testing
- Providing support and troubleshooting assistance to end users
- Keeping up-to-date with Oracle EBS best practices and updates
- Need to be able to work independently with little guidance after an initial ramp up with the team.
Required Qualifications
- Experienced functional resources in Oracle EBS R12.2 Core HR, Compensation, PTO, Benefits and Payroll modules. Additionally, we would want experience with EBS integrations patterns as well.
- Hands on experience on Oracle EBS
- Skills in understanding the structures of Oracle EBS (flexfields, lookup tables, programs/plans/options/rates, EITs, concurrent programs, compensation workbench, etc.)
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.
