Roles and Responsibilities

• Business and functional requirements gathering & document technical requirements
• Performs troubleshooting and investigates the root cause of production issues
• Translating business strategy into roadmaps for consumption by teams
• Assess configuration options to meet requirements and specifications
• Aligning overall scope and sequencing recommendations with business stakeholders
• Include dependency management and architectural decisions in the requirements
• Utilizing artifacts such as business requirements documents (BRDs), JIRA, Confluence, and Business Process Documentation to facilitate requirements alignment sessions.
• Documents technical solutions to identified problems
• Engages with engineers to design/configure solutions
• Strong skills in cross-functional partnership and gaining alignment within the constraints of the project or work.
  
  

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Post-secondary degree in Accounting, Information Systems. Accounting designation preferred.
• Demonstrated experience making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints while keeping the end user needs at the top of mind
• 7+ years of hands-on global experience with Oracle EBS R12.2 Financials ERP systems
• Act as functional lead on 2+ full life cycle financial project implementation and post-go-live support 
• Strong QA experience is an asset 
• Experience with all aspects of project management, development & change management cycle
• Experience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Working knowledge in peripherals applications such as Coupa, Lucernex, EPBCS (Hyperion) that integrate closely with Oracle EBS Financials
• Ability to manage system integrations and UAT cycle
• Working knowledge in Oracle PL/SQL, Linux, sftp connectivity, Single Sign On
• Good understanding of the EBS technical environment
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certification is an asset
• Ability to accurately identify, document, and recommend solutions to complex business problems
• Ability to multi-task and deliver within a tight timeline
