Responsibilities

• Provide functional and limited technical support for Oracle EBS modules related to discrete manufacturing and warehouse management.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Operations teams during SIT, UAT, and go-live phases.
• Troubleshoot user assistance tickets and provide solution delivery for both interim and permanent fixes.
• Support integration frameworks, including APIs and file-based data transfers.
• Participate in requirement gathering, change request documentation, and stakeholder communication.
• Review technical design documents and existing code to understand EBS functionalities.
• Execute SQL scripts to analyze and resolve production issues.
• Coordinate with customers and third-party vendors for IT issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS in SCM and WMS modules.
• Experience with PL/SQL development and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow and JIRA is desirable.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic business and technical environments.
