Oracle CPQ Developer / Technical Lead

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle CPQ solutions including product configuration, pricing rules, commerce flows, approvals, and quote management.
• Develop custom logic using BML, BMQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with SAP, Oracle ERP, Salesforce, and other systems via middleware.
• Translate business requirements into technical CPQ solutions.
• Troubleshoot CPQ issues and optimize performance.
• Support release management, testing, deployments, and patch upgrades.
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments and engage with stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle CPQ (Configuration, Commerce, Document Engine)
• Proficiency in BML, BMQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle ERP, Salesforce integrations
• Understanding of CPQ processes, pricing strategies, and sales workflows
• Experience with Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred

• Oracle CPQ certification
• Experience in enterprise CPQ implementations
• Leadership and mentoring experience
