Required Experience & Skills
- Strong experience in supply chain planning and order fulfillment processes using Oracle Cloud applications.
- Hands-on experience supporting retail business operations, including inventory planning, supply planning, and customer order fulfillment.
- Deep understanding of how customer orders are evaluated, prioritized, and fulfilled based on inventory availability and supply constraints.
- Experience working with end-to-end planning processes, from demand fulfillment through supply execution.
- Knowledge of inventory optimization, service-level management, and supply-demand balancing.
- Experience managing planning policies, sourcing strategies, transportation considerations, and supply network structures.
- Ability to analyze supply chain scenarios and recommend solutions to improve product availability and customer service levels.
- Understanding of multi-location fulfillment environments, including warehouses, distribution centers, stores, and supplier fulfillment models.
- Experience supporting retail and omnichannel business models, including e-commerce and store-based fulfillment.
- Ability to troubleshoot order fulfillment issues and identify root causes impacting customer promise dates.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience collaborating with business users to translate operational requirements into effective planning and fulfillment solutions.
