Roles & Responsibilities

• On-site Production Support - Should support the PLM business from the customer location.
• Work on tickets created by end users in ITIL tools.
• Guide the business if there are any issues in their day-to-day EPM business operations.
• Manage item and BOM setup change order process.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Should have excellent techno-functional knowledge in Agile PLM – EBS or cloud.
• Experience working in analyzing business requirements and mapping them to Oracle PLM functionality.
• Experience in PLM module integration.
• Coordinate with the technical team for customization, integrations, and reports
• Knowledge of product hub, product development, and management changes.
• Understanding data models, FBDI/HDL, and the item lifecycle process
