Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules such as Payroll, Benefits, OTL, Compensation, and Recruiting
• Design and develop technical solutions using HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, Workflows, BIP/OTBI Reports, and Page/Application Composer
• Build and manage integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and SOAP/REST web services
• Write and troubleshoot complex SQL and PL/SQL queries
• Create detailed technical specifications for customizations, reports, and system interfaces
• Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and defect resolution
• Document system changes and create training materials as needed
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
• Stay current with Oracle Cloud updates and contribute to ongoing system and process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM development and data processing
• Broad technical expertise across hardware, software, and systems integration
• Experience supervising technical or operational teams is a plus
• Oracle certifications in relevant technologies preferred
• Familiarity with APEX, Java, and Oracle Analytics Cloud is a strong advantage
• Strong understanding of SaaS/PaaS environments and cloud computing principles
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
