Core Responsibilities

• To support program Creation, management & maintenance activities. Front-line Vetting of requests.
• Familiarity with working in a multi-stakeholder and outcome-driven environment.
• Strong customer orientation and problem-solving ability in order to proactively take ownership and provide resolutions promptly.
• Customer service background/experience is preferable.
• Determining the scope of operational improvement initiatives via consultation and evaluation.
• Recommending cost-effective solutions to operational challenges.

 

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Intermediate levels of proficiency in MS Office and good skills in MS Excel.
• Good knowledge in business process operations/Program creation, Maintenance & Forecasting & Spend management, coordination & Backoffice support operations - creation/validation of IO, PO, PO E, Documentation & compliance reviews.
• Ability to focus on high-quality deliverables accurately and timely.
• Ability to learn fast, retain knowledge, and adapt quickly to evolving business requirements and /or changes.
