Familiarity with working in a multi-stakeholder and outcome-driven environment.
Strong customer orientation and problem-solving ability in order to proactively take ownership and provide resolutions promptly.
Customer service background/experience is preferable.
Determining the scope of operational improvement initiatives via consultation and evaluation.
Recommending cost-effective solutions to operational challenges.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Intermediate levels of proficiency in MS Office and good skills in MS Excel.
Good knowledge in business process operations/Program creation, Maintenance & Forecasting & Spend management, coordination & Backoffice support operations - creation/validation of IO, PO, PO E, Documentation & compliance reviews.
Ability to focus on high-quality deliverables accurately and timely.
Ability to learn fast, retain knowledge, and adapt quickly to evolving business requirements and /or changes.
