The Operations Business Analyst is the primary business-to-systems connection between the Sales leadership team, the Sales users, the Product Owner, and the Technology teams. The Operations Business Analyst will provide overall CRM support to assigned groups including enablement of new technologies to support initiatives, building and improving workflows, grooming and testing stories for new technology/features, managing SFDC data, creating and maintaining reports and dashboards, new user training and orchestrating feedback loops to drive continued improvements.

Qualifications

• 3 years of CRM support experience required
• Organizational and time management skills, completing work within established time frames
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation
• Provide support for problems and requests 
• Previous work experience in publishing/advertising preferred
