Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Recommend process improvements and cost-saving measures.
• Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, including key metrics, performance indicators, and insights for management.
• Support and manage operational projects, including process redesign, system upgrades, and implementation of new tools or technologies.
• Assist in day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting issues, coordinating tasks, and ensuring adherence to operational policies and procedures.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field. 
• Minimum 6 years of experience in an operations analyst role or a similar position with a focus on data analysis and process improvement.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI).
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
