Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead design, deployment, and operational support of OpenShift and container platforms across on-prem, private, and public cloud.
• Perform architecture reviews for replatforming or repatriation between hypervisors and Red Hat/OpenShift platforms.
• Map client application and platform requirements to On-Prem/Cloud configurations.
• Lead multi-country, multi-vendor delivery teams and act as a technical advisor to clients.
• Develop end-to-end technical solutions, right-size platforms, and create reusable technical assets.
• Conduct design thinking workshops and apply Agile methodologies.
• Support pre-sales and post-sales engagements, including client presentations and risk assessment.

Technical Requirements

• Deep experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, EKS/AKS/GKE.
• Deployment/integration experience with one hyperscaler or hosting provider and one hypervisor platform.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture layers: Business Management, Orchestration, Containers, Networking, Hyperconverged platforms, Integration with hyperscalers.
• Expertise in platform modernization, migration, and technical solution delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Red Hat OpenShift or Kubernetes certifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
• Experience in leading teams, creating technical assets, and supporting pre/post-sales.
