Own the end-to-end Red Hat OpenShift platform (4.x) across architecture, delivery, and operations for enterprise sandbox, POC, and production environments. Ensure a secure, scalable, and highly available platform aligned with infrastructure, security, and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead OpenShift platform architecture, design, and lifecycle (build, scale, upgrade, operate)
- Define cluster standards, reference architectures, and deployment patterns
- Own platform design decisions across networking, storage, security, HA, and DR
- Drive POC to production readiness with clear success criteria and governance
- Ensure Day 2 operations: monitoring, patching, upgrades, capacity, SLOs, and reliability
- Act as primary technical interface with Red Hat and ecosystem partners
- Collaborate across Linux, infrastructure, storage, networking, security, and SRE teams
- Enable secure and simplified consumption of platform services for application teams
Required Skills
- Strong OpenShift (4.x) and Kubernetes expertise
- Experience with enterprise storage (CSI/ODF), networking, IAM, and load balancing
- Proven experience in platform operations (upgrades, scaling, troubleshooting)
- Ability to define and operate large-scale container platforms
