Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of our open-source BPM system.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including API documentation.
• Handling and troubleshooting day-to-day operations.
• Identifying problems or known errors and doing RCAs.
• Participate in performance testing and tuning activities.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on BPM and workflow management.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong technical skills in Java, Spring boot, Microservices .
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps.
• Lead initiative to develop scripts and other programs for system monitoring and maintenance.
