OneStream Techno Functional Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement OneStream solutions for:
  • Mass Planning
  • Capital Planning
  • Workforce (People) Planning
  • Hosting and Forecasting solutions
• Build and support annual, rolling, and long-range financial forecasting models.
• Develop planning templates, business rules, calculation scripts, cubes, and dashboard views.
• Configure and customize OneStream applications and workflows.
• Design and support integrations with external systems (inbound and outbound).
• Perform data migration and data validation activities.
• Partner with Finance and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing enhancements.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with OneStream XF and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions.
• Deep understanding of FP&A, budgeting, planning, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
• Experience with OneStream configuration, customization, business rules, calculations, cubes, and dashboards.
• Expertise in integrations, data migration, and application support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end OneStream implementations.
• Knowledge of financial consolidation and reporting processes.
• Experience working with cross-functional Finance and IT teams.
