Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited university.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in IBM CMOD and strong understanding of CMOD components
• 3+ years’ Experience in ITIL framework and processes – incident, problem and change management.
• Configure, Maintain and Support CMOD reports processing.
• Experience troubleshooting CMOD issues related to indexing, ingestion, retrieval etc.
• Basic understanding of Operating System (Linux, / HP Unix/ IBM AIX, Windows)
• Knowledge of middleware, APIs, DB(db2, oracle) & storage
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of the System Development Life Cycle and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
• Knowledge of OT Exstream & Exstream Cloud
• Knowledge of OT empower
• Experience with AFP, PDF, XML, PS
• Scripting or programming language experience (Java, Shell, Python)
• Experience working with all levels of staff, management, stakeholders, vendors.
• Mainframe experience
• Knowledge and experience in Insurance, familiar with terminology, concepts and business processes and systems
