Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, build, upgrade, and support OnBase solutions in an on-premises environment.
• Develop and maintain integrations using OnBase APIs and related tools.
• Configure and support OnBase modules including Workflow, WorkView, Unity Forms, and OnBase Mailbox (OnBase/Forwarded Mailbox processing).
• Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and build-outs of existing OnBase solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, and integration issues.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective OnBase solutions.
• Provide technical insight and guidance due to the small team environment, contributing to solution design and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience as an OnBase Developer / Solution Engineer.
• Strong experience with OnBase Workflow, WorkView, Unity Forms, and OnBase Mailbox.
• Experience developing and supporting OnBase API integrations.
• Solid understanding of on-premises OnBase architecture and administration.
• Experience with OnBase upgrades and solution build-outs.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership in a small team setting.
