Key Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, design solutions, and create technical specification documents.
• Design, develop, and maintain OnBase Workflows, WorkView applications, and Unity scripts.
• Develop and integrate OnBase APIs and web services.
• Design and implement forms including E-forms and Unity Forms.
• Utilize OnBase tools such as Report Services, Diagnostic Console, Workflow Doctor, and Configuration Migration Utility.
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Daily Scrums, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Conduct code reviews, walkthroughs, and inspections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess upstream and downstream impacts.
• Provide ongoing production support and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
• Acquire and apply business knowledge to optimize application workflows.

Required Technical Skills

• 8+ years of development experience with OnBase Workflow and WorkView.
• Proficiency in Unity Scripting using both Unity API and Automation API.
• Strong understanding of OnBase architecture for Configuration, OnBase Client, Unity Client, and Web Client.
• Hands-on experience with OnBase forms, E-forms, and Unity Forms.
• Experience using OnBase Reporting Services and troubleshooting tools.
• Experience designing and deploying OnBase Web Services and Message Broker integrations.
• Solid experience with SQL for queries, procedures, and data integration.
