We are seeking an experienced OMP Techno-Functional Solution Architect with strong expertise in supply chain planning solutions, OMP Unison Planning, and enterprise system integrations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, optimizing, and delivering scalable OMP solutions while bridging business requirements and technical capabilities.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable OMP Unison Planning solutions to support supply chain planning processes.
- Translate business requirements into effective OMP configurations and technical solutions.
- Configure and customize OMP applications using OPAL scripts, macros, and user actions.
- Optimize OMP data models, workbooks, control tables, and system performance.
- Troubleshoot performance issues related to calculations, memory usage, and data processing.
- Design and manage integrations between OMP and ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP PP/DS, MM, SD, or Oracle.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and seamless flow across supply chain platforms.
- Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and best practices for OMP implementations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver supply chain transformation initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in supply chain technology implementations.
- 4+ years of experience as an OMP Lead Consultant, Senior Consultant, or Solution Architect.
- Strong hands-on experience with OMP Unison Planning Suite.
- Advanced knowledge of OPAL scripting, SQL, and database optimization.
- Experience integrating OMP with ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle.
- Experience with end-to-end OMP implementation lifecycle, including design, deployment, and support.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes including S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and finite scheduling.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or C++.
- Knowledge of APICS/ASCM supply chain principles.
