We are looking for a skilled OIPA Developer to design, develop, and maintain solutions on the Oracle Insurance Policy Administration platform. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and experience delivering high-quality code in a collaborative, distributed environment.
Roles and Responsibilities

Design and implement solutions using Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA).

Develop low-level design documents and detailed technical specifications.

Write, review, and maintain high-quality code following development standards and best practices.

Participate in peer code reviews and ensure vendor deliverables meet quality requirements.

Perform unit testing and support QA teams with test case creation and data preparation.

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures.

Optimize system performance, reliability, and resource utilization.

Ensure compliance with development standards, governance, and security policies.

Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

5–7+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Insurance Policy Administration (OIPA).

5–7 years of experience with SQL and XML, including developing views, stored procedures, and functions.

2–3 years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience with development tools such as Visual Studio, Git, and SQL Server Management Studio.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Ansible).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience working in geographically distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications

Full-stack development experience using AWS services.

UNIX/Linux shell scripting experience.

Experience with container technologies (Docker, EKS, ECS).
