Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced OFSAA Transaction Monitoring (TM) Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and support of enterprise AML Transaction Monitoring solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle OFSAA/FCCM, Oracle Database, ETL, scheduling, and production support, with a strong background in technical leadership and platform optimization.

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead the technical design, implementation, and maintenance of the OFSAA Transaction Monitoring platform.
Design and support OFSAA TM batch processing, Entity Resolution (ER), reconciliation, validation, and alert generation.
Develop and maintain AutoSys job scheduling, workflow orchestration, recovery, and restart strategies.
Optimize Oracle SQL queries, database performance, partitioning, and data processing.
Lead production support, troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
Design and implement data quality controls, validations, and reconciliation processes.
Support AML scenario enhancements, threshold tuning, regulatory updates, and platform upgrades.
Review technical designs, SQL code, ETL processes, and implementation artifacts.
Collaborate with AML, engineering, infrastructure, and data teams to deliver scalable and compliant solutions.
Mentor development teams and establish technical standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Oracle OFSAA and AML Transaction Monitoring.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle OFSAA Transaction Monitoring (TM) and FCCM.
Deep understanding of AML transaction monitoring, Entity Resolution (ER), alert generation, and lookback processing.
Advanced expertise in Oracle SQL, database performance tuning, partitioning, and troubleshooting.
Experience with AutoSys or enterprise scheduling tools.
Strong knowledge of ETL/IETL processes, Informatica, file ingestion, and reconciliation frameworks.
Experience with Linux scripting and batch processing.
Strong production support, incident management, and root cause analysis skills.
Excellent technical leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with cloud modernization initiatives.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and audit requirements for AML platforms.
Experience working in large enterprise financial services environments.
Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
