Job Description
Role and Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to maximize adoption of the new vendor onboarding process.
  • Anticipate and address potential resistance from employees and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of OCM plans, including readiness/adoption plans, coaching plans, communication plans, and training plans.
  • Conduct impact analyses to assess the change's effects on the organization.
  • Evaluate change readiness and identify key stakeholders to ensure their engagement.
  • Design, develop, deliver, and manage effective communications to employees and vendors regarding the new process.
  • Provide input and document requirements for the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
  • Monitor and report on issues related to the change management process, ensuring timely resolution and communication.

 

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an OCM Consultant, with a focus on developing and executing change management strategies (minimum of 5 years).
  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficient in conducting impact analyses and assessing change readiness.
  • Experience working collaboratively with project teams to integrate change management into overall project plans.
  • Ability to design and support training programs that align with change management objectives.
