Lead Organizational Change Management efforts for large-scale projects, focusing on people, processes, and technology.
Develop and execute change management strategies and plans that align with project goals.
Conduct stakeholder assessments, identify risks, and create mitigation strategies to support successful adoption of change.
Design and deliver communication and training programs to facilitate smooth transitions and ensure stakeholders are well-prepared.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, project managers, and senior leadership to integrate change management activities into overall project delivery.
Analyze change impact and monitor adoption to ensure initiatives are on track.
Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to help them effectively lead their teams through change.
Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in Organizational Change Management.
Proven track record in managing change initiatives in complex environments.
Experience in cloud migration, data integration, enterprise applications, identity management, security, and network infrastructure is a big plus.
Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze and assess change impact and manage resistance.
Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, training, and coaching.
