Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide change management strategies, utilizing frameworks like ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, and ACMP.
• Guide transformations involving SAP (S/4HANA, Ariba, SuccessFactors), Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, and multi-cloud integrations.
• Manage multiple change workstreams, ensuring alignment, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Use tools like Power BI, Tableau, and ERP analytics to monitor readiness and support decision-making.
• Map stakeholders, develop communication plans, and deliver interactive training (e.g., microlearning, LMS, VR), while coaching executives.
• Lead change management within Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet).
• Drive DE&I initiatives within transformation projects.

Qualifications

• 12-20 years of experience in OCM and consulting, with expertise in ERP and digital transformation.
• Mastery of OCM methodologies (ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, ACMP).
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday).
• Strong leadership in managing workstreams, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with data-driven tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Ability to lead DE&I initiatives in transformation contexts.
