Technical / Functional Skills
- Experience in Incident Management tools like Service Now
- Good understanding of ORMB and Reporting
- Good Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Based Reporting
- Hands on experience on ORMB technical and functional issues.
- Working experience in BI Publisher
- Working experience to write queries to pull/summarize/analyze data from various data sets and platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Setting up accounts in ORMB and configuring accounts as per business requirement.
- Adding and updating new Price Items.
- Group Section remapping.
- Updating pricing rule deletion and policy start/end date.
- Managing production releases and deployments.
- Holding and releasing batch jobs.
- Verification of account transition to ORMB.
- Verification/implementation CTASKS that are assigned to team.
- Deep understanding of ORMB and its concepts.
- In-depth knowledge of functional ORMB.
- Understand how an account is setup and configuration details in ORMB.
- Incident analysis and resolution.
