Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Nexthink Engineer with strong expertise in Digital Employee Experience (DEX), endpoint monitoring, automation, and enterprise workplace technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, optimizing, and supporting the Nexthink platform while driving proactive improvements in end-user experience across enterprise environments.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, administer, and maintain the Nexthink platform.
  • Manage Nexthink Collector packaging, agent rollout, and platform setup activities.
  • Configure and integrate Nexthink with enterprise tools such as Active Directory (AD), SSO, Jira, ServiceNow, Amplify, Chatbots, and other ITSM platforms.
  • Design and develop customer-specific Dashboards, Alerts, Campaigns, Application Experience monitoring, Remote Actions, and Digital Experience workflows.
  • Develop and optimize NQL queries for reporting, analysis, and automation requirements.
  • Collect, analyze, interpret, and present Nexthink data insights and value-add recommendations to stakeholders and customers periodically.
  • Perform baseline assessments of end-user device and application KPIs with clients.
  • Define KPI thresholds, support SLA finalization, and ensure adherence to operational standards.
  • Generate and deliver Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly operational and analytical reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and DEX optimization.
  • Develop, customize, and maintain Remote Actions, workflows, and automation scripts using PowerShell.
  • Automate administrative and operational tasks involving Windows components, Active Directory, Intune, and endpoint management systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Nexthink, endpoint devices, and application monitoring.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge articles.
  • Provide training and support to Service Desk (SD) and End User Computing (EUC) teams to improve adoption and effective use of Nexthink.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and enhanced digital employee experience.
  • Stay updated with the latest Nexthink features, industry trends, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4–10 years of experience in Nexthink administration, engineering, or Digital Employee Experience (DEX) solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Nexthink Collector packaging, deployment, and platform administration.
  • Strong expertise in Nexthink integrations with AD, SSO, ServiceNow, Jira, Amplify, and related enterprise tools.
  • Proficiency in NQL (Nexthink Query Language).
  • Strong experience in Windows PowerShell scripting (minimum L2 level).
  • Good understanding of Windows OS, endpoint management, and desktop support environments.
  • Experience with Intune, Active Directory, Azure Cloud, and application monitoring tools.
  • Experience working with Jira and ITSM/service management processes.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to interpret operational data and generate actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to enterprise automation and workflow orchestration.
  • Certifications related to Nexthink, Microsoft, Azure, or endpoint management are a plus.
